The Linde Group, a world-leading gases and engineering company, with around 60,000 employees operating in more than 100 countries worldwide, is offering an International Graduate Programme across Europe.
This programme marks the start of your professional career, offering you the opportunity to qualify for a management or a specialist position.
The programme, which lasts 18 months, is composed of three rotational tailored project assignments. You will start your first 6 months in your home country, and from there you will move on to two further assignments abroad of six months each. You will be able to have a wide insight into our different discipline businesses.
By the end of the programme, you will have gained a profound understanding of the Linde business, project management skills and international experience. This will enhance your personal and professional profile, to be ready for a promising career at The Linde Group.
Training & development
Throughout the programme, you will receive tailored business related workshops and trainings, such as Lean Six Sigma. You will also be supported by a personal mentor, usually a senior manager, who will share his/her knowledge with you to fasten your introduction into the Linde culture.

Contract: unlimited full-time contract. During the assignments
abroad an additional contract will be set up.
Who we are looking for:
Graduates (m/f) with excellent master or bachelor university degree in Business or Engineering (chemical/industrial/mechanical engineering or a combination of engineering and management studies).
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Advanced language skills in at least one other foreign language.
Have an international mindset and flexibility to work abroad (proven track record of studies or internships abroad).
Strong communication skills, high self motivation and interest to drive our business and ability to work in teams.
