SOLVOX® P consists of a built in dissolver in a slot tube with a water flow indicator which is fitted in the tank. The mixing of water and oxygen takes place in both the dissolver and in the fish tank by means of micro-bubbles which follow the flow of the water.
The oxygen consumption of the fish will reduce the oxygen pressure in the fish tank thus the micro-bubbles will dissolve in the water. The balance between dissolved oxygen and oxygen in the micro-bubbles leads to almost equal oxygen saturation throughout the water volume. This, in combination with good tank hydraulics, makes the fish spread evenly throughout the entire tank volume. The slot tube can be rotated to adjust velocity and direction in the tank.
The water flow indicator helps to control the water resources in each fish tank. SOLVOX® P is more or less independent of external energy for dissolving of oxygen and can be used in most saltwater fish farms, with low water head available. The water is fed to SOLVOX® P from the main water supply without an additional pump. Dimensions can be adapted to suit different tank sizes, water quantities, fish types and density.

The dissolver has a flange on the inlet and outlet and hose socket for connection of the oxygen from a dosing cabinet. The slot tube is fitted to the bottom using a bottom turret and with a sliding sleeve on the top. The pipe between the dissolver and slot tube is normally provided by the customer.

SOLVOX® P is easy to maintain. The dissolver is fitted on the outside of the tank and thus is very easy to access for inspection and maintenance. This system has no moving parts and thus has a low demand for maintenance.
