To achieve this The Linde Group has chosen Six Sigma as a methodology. Six Sigma is a method used to improve processes all the way from technical production to changing behaviour of people and eventually the way we do our everyday business.
AGA also has certification to the ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System and is committed to improving product quality, services, and overall customer satisfaction. ISO 9001 registration covers the manufacture and distribution of gases including specialty gases for the industrial, medical, electronic, food and beverage markets.
